These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between ph82 and any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ph82 online casino platform available at ph82.net. All funds deposited into your ph82 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. ph82 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit found to originate from a payment method not belonging to the registered account holder may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

ph82 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, including requesting supporting documentation, where the amount, frequency, or pattern of withdrawals triggers internal risk management protocols. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into the account, or to a verified payment method registered in the player's name. ph82 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
